yep those awful drums and that stupid music when anyone scores a boundry is starting to get on my nerves, will be pig sick of it by the time we get to the final

Since then though I think NZ have forgotten that its the T20 World Cup and not the 50 overs a side World Cup!!!!! 55 - 3 after 10 overs!!...India will easily win this match with their batting line up.

I didn't see that coming. Still, it's always nice to hear the Indian fans fall quiet

You just know pakistan gonna knock india out on saturday and win their first ever game against india in a world cup game (t20 or 50).

guessing Shiv Sena and the people not wanting pakistan to play a game in india will be going crazy if that happens.

That result surprised me

Not the NZ winning bit, but how easy they made it seem

Over confidence maybe but the pressure is now on the hosts

Hope England make a bold showing tomorrow

After 10 overs I'd given NZ up, popped out to do some shopping, got home, looked at Cricinfo and India were not-a-lot for 3!

If NZ can bowl on that, like that, then it's theirs to lose. Of course not every wicket will have balls coming back on themselves, and if India prepared it especially then it certainly backfired. Wonder if the next one for them will have a bit more pace??

Competition well and truly open. It's now up to England not to lose to teams like an uninhabited atoll in the Pacific.

India the English Rugby Team of the World Cup - going out at home before it's barely started?!
Let's face it, they are in the group of death and Pakistan won't lie down for them!

Just watching the highlights!.. What a spell from Sodhi and Santner. Brilliant spin bowling!. Loved how after the 6th wicket they switched off the music and started to go home!... Looking forward to the England game tomorrow!!

The music - the commentators suggested a local law dictates it's turned off after 10pm or something.

60,000 screaming Indians might just be louder than the music.....normally!!

the NZ spinners were brilliant

I wonder if the other teams watched that and will play all their spinners now

What a catch! As good as any of those type that you will see, consdiering the momentum that the fielder had towards the boundars and how quickly the ball was travelling
