What happened in this Pakistan v NZ match? Shoaib. Shehzad and Akmal should be investigated. They were not even trying. Was this match fixed? Outrageous non attempt from a good winnable position. Is there massive infighting again?

Lol Warne is a plonker.
Batting first is the best way to improve NRR especially if you have another game after this.
If England win by 20 runs, to get the same NRR they need to win by 12 ball spare.
if england win by 50 runs to get the same NRR they need to win by 7-8 overs spare.

I played with the NRR calculator and it is far easier to improve NRR by batting first.

An absolute pathetic performance once Afridi got out. Pakistan never seem to have any tactics on how to chase down a total. They did half the job yesterday and then threw it away with 6 overs to go. No world class players in that team.

Stokes can be a liability at times with his running (I'm assuming it was his fault).

Just how can we be so inconsistent!

From the sublime to the ridiculous.

They're not even going to get to 100 at this rate. Shocking stuff.

Still can't believe England picked 4 pace men.
Choke teams with spin in slow grounds.
Root needs to bowl is 4 overs here if England are to defend any 120-140 total.

Issues is I can see Afghanistan getting to a flying start when batting is at is best and with england having 4 pace men, Afghanistan will have plenty of easy batting overs to feast on.

That win predictor showing England 68% hmm
it is correct based on their model.
the bookies and probably winviz has the even money point at 138.
http://ix.io/uSh
here the even money point for the england innings.
so if england get around 145 they would have about 65% chance of winning the game.

35 off the last 2 overs

Cricviz should really release something like this makes it so much easier following the percentage changes.
