Looks like NRR won't matter now.

They're not even going to get to 100 at this rate. Shocking stuff.

Will they even see out the allotted overs?!

Bowlers doing the business.
Doesn't excuse the awful batting, though. |

Thought I would tune into the women's cricket between England and India.
Wish I hadn't bothered the quality is poor. England needed just 40 runs of 89 balls I think it was. 6 people all inside the circle on the off side. And the batter kept hitting it there. Also the ball was so far outside off stump it could of been called a wide anyway. The fielding was awful. Now a run out she hit the ball hard. So she thought I will run. Trouble is it was straight at the fielder. This is poor. Such a shame. The bowlers had long run ups but bowled long hops. Street cricket in India is of a better quality i must say. |

Good couple of overs by Afghanistan but they fall 15 runs short
Poor batting from England until the tail starting wagging but a better bowling performance . Afghanistan aren't far behind the established countries......... |

Brilliant batting from Moheen combined with a great effort from the bowlers have got England out of a mess there. Exciting, though!

I didnt see it or hear it which was good for me now. Reading Vic Marks and Mike Vaughan's pained comments were enough for me. How did we get into this mess and then out of it. Reverse from last match I guess with our batters failing badly and then our bowlers doing the business for once.

Morgan's got to drop himself and with the depth of out batting we should find room for another spinner in Morgan's place. Root could captain, Buttler, or even Ali.
Great that we won after an almighty scare, poor that we have lost an opportunity to help the NRR, but first thing's first I suppose! |

God to see us win after a poor start
We may have lost that game in the past but this team does appear to be full of fighters |

It's not looking good to India at the moment and they desperately need some wickets. The tournament won't be the same if they are out of a chance of getting to the semifinals this early.

No! 2 wickets in 2 balls and they still need 2 from the final ball!

All Bangladesh had to do was get a one to guarantee a super over and then concentrate on the win. Inexperience.
What a finish. India win or more like Bangladesh LOSE |

Indeed, India have to consider themselves fortunate that Bangladesh were so reckless at the end. Dhoni is so impressive though with his calmness and realisation that he could get there before the batsman and avoiding the risk of overthrows if he threw and missed. |
