This game sounds great, wish I was watching!

(Currently having to settle for text updates on the BBC Cricket website!)

Personally think that is a good thing, Far too many teams play players far too long especially when they need rest or need a medical check up or just need a drop to regain form again.
Players should really be picked on what they do in nets and not what they did 12 or 18 months ago.
i agree to a point and said similar myself in the past that a players form from 2 years ago shouldn't keep him in the side if he has been playing like a donkey for 6 months, cough ... ian bell...cough, but boult was just so good for a period that i might have been tempted to go with him when it came to the big occasion

hales gone , might not be a bad thing with root coming in and the required rate being just a run a ball now , root is a better player than hales for just rotating the strike

Sky Go is brilliant isn't it ?

Few years ago caught a flights from East Midlands to Guernsey. The Nottinghamshire cricket team were on board. Was the day Agueroooooooo won the title for Man City in the last minute. Never forget standing outside Guernsey airport with Chris Broad watching the football on my phone through Sky Go.

Is it fair to have a go at the NZ attack and say they've picked wrong ? I mean, only unbeaten side in the group stages so must have done something right. Roy has played superb, as did Hales.

It is brilliant - but for some reason I just keep forgetting that I've got it.

Just pleased that it isn't blocked on the wifi network at work unlike BBC iPlayer.

They picked the correct bowling attack.
C Anderson guaranteed pick batsman.
Mitch bowl really good slower balls and cutters + reverse swing.
Santner picked as a batsman and 2nd spinner.
Sodhi they want a leggie.
only leaves one spot for N Mcullum, milne and Boult, Southee.

Have to say NZ lost this because of Roy and not because of the bowling attack.
Can't really remember too much bad balls from NZ just great batting from england.

Sodhi been incredible during this tournament.
Reckon he might become a T20 franchise player soon considering it is unlikely NZ will use him much in Test and ODI.

Doubt it, but might do if players get injured and need replacing.

Not sure anyone expected him to be this good.
Think counties should sign him for the blast as well.

Interesting breaking news from pakistan.
Waqar younis and Afridi sacked from coach and captaincy.
This is after Younis attacked PCB and Afridi.

http://www.espncricinfo.com/pakistan...ry/992819.html

EDIT article doesn't say he been sacked because he just been sacked now and that article was written 3 hours ago.
