We have to have a better tactic than relying on Root doing well.

Whatever happens England have done well and over achieved. Exceeded expectations, as have West Indies. Two sides from the supposed easy group in the final.

There I've said the positive stuff to balance out the critics who will be sharpening their claws now

So you are not worried that Joe Root is our only consistent batsman and has been for a while in all areas of the game?

Abysmal run with the bat from Morgan.

That was clearly a 4, the fielders towel was touching the boundary marker as he cleared it

Watch it, you'll get accused of always being negative by Darren. You can never say anything negative when Mr Sunshine is around

The experts are calling win the toss win. The match...
Correct. I have been saying so for some time.

One of the benefits of losing early wickets is that we have our 2 form players able to face more balls

How on earth you came up with that from my post I have no idea.

Root is outstanding, world class. In this form of the game, which we are talking about NOT test or ODI, Buttler is a real talent. Roy is finding his feet and Willey is one of the finds of the tournament. You disagree ?

Both are talents but not consistent yet. Along with Root that should come from Morgan.
