13.31 (-1.3m/s) PB is a very good performance. 13.44 for Clarke is also good.

JEH clocked 2:11.46 in the 800m, so she scored 6733. Another 100 points or so will be needed to win in Rio, which is doable for her.

Pozzi taking a smidge off his PB. Just the confidence booster he needed, that.

Don't think Andy Turner's PB was much better than that, and he managed to win a few good medals.

Laura Muir a class apart as expected. Laura Weightman making hard work of 2nd place. What's up with Crammy's coaching?

That's the poorest race Sarah McDonald has run this year. She never really gave herself a chance. You can't give the Lauras a 10m head-start.

Weightman's a scrapper, I'll give her that. That was a gutsy last 50 metres.

Muir's left her far behind though and is clearly in a different league.

Think Laura Muir will be praying that the Russian/Kenyan ban holds.

Congrats to the comeback girls, Steph & Eilish! Both big battlers and I'm chuffed for them.

Steph very smooth over the last 2 laps. Covered the last 600 in 1:35.6.

With those long ol' legs, Eilish looks quite impressive in full flow. She should've ditched the steeplechase years ago. Glad she's on her way to Rio.

Agreed.
Though best hope is third behind Hassan and Dibaba

Jess Judd! I forgot about her!
Yes Jess has moved up to 1500m a coupe of years back, but since her speedier lean physic of her late teens, I think her current build does not suit track distance running anymore. Her lower half just looks too built for my liking, more like a huddler, long jumper over even a multi eventer.
She is still only 21 so hopefully she will soon discover the correct event for be body type.

So, is Emily Diamond the new Star of British 400m instead of Seren Bundy-Davies?

Sad for Perri.

Gotta feel for Anyika Onuora, you'd suspect Ohuruogu will be selected in the 400. Onuora always seems to just miss out, whether it be 200 or 400.

The right two are going to Rio, but not in the order I would've guessed.

Still not convinced the PSD hype was ever justified. And does Christine really deserve that third spot? I'm not convinced.

MHS is back under 45 seconds - about time too. (44.88 SB for the win)

Let's hope he stays fit for the season's major this time.

Perry SD breaks down!
She wasn't limping much after, so I suspect she felt something and didn't want to aggravate anything after running on a torn ligament three years back and doing so much more damage.

I disagree.

1, Her personal best for 400 flat is 50.50 (when she was still a hurdler) so much better than Anika, Emily and Seren's. Even this year she ran 52.43, not bad after two and a half years out injured!

Why the hell are posts disappearing or taking minutes to show up?!

Anyhow, 23.11 (-0.1m/s) for DAS, 23.13 for Henry. Winning time was surprisingly slow...

Jazmin Sawyers off to Rio with a 6.75 PB!!!!!

No individual Long Jump place for KJT now unless Proctor or Ugen get injured. Lets hope Kat won't need it anyway and can medal in the Hep!

Jodie destroyed at the start as always, and then has to play catch up, which is always a losing battle. Desiree almost had Dina, just not quite enough endurance over the longer distance perhaps.

Let's hope the better weather in Rio enables Dina to actually run to her full potential. She's not impressed me this season.

In her prime she was good over the flat, but post injury I just don't buy the hype. With a bit of luck, I'll be proven wrong.

an incredibly stupid comment, overhyped! her pb in the 400 metres hurdles would have been good enough for silver in the last world champs, the one before that she was 2nd fastest qualifier for the final she was injured in, eilidh doyle has the chance for a medal in the 400h at this years olympics and psd was consistently better than her in every race and i say that as a Scot. shes done well to come back from an inury that has taken her three years to get over and who knows what kind of form she will be able to get back into but if she had managed to avoid injury there was clearly the potential to win multiple gold/silver medals in world and olympic championships,

I stand by my PSD views. If she'd avoided the Moscow injury she would've been a global force. Now, the world's moved on and the comeback hype doesn't work for me.
