Finally got a chance to catch-up with some run, throw and jump after being bunkered down with the footy. Didn't even manage to see any of the Euro athletics champs
Decent night of Athletics. Shaping up nicely for Rio. The field events (apart from the women's hammer of course

) look like they could be even more competitive and tasty than the track - especially
certain races....

The only hope I can see for the chasing pack is if Caster follows through with her aim of doubling-up. Then she may be tired enough to give the others a chance.

Agreed. It's a huge pity. Liked him from the off. He's a character
and he delivers.

Caught up earlier as I was out last night. Great run by Eilidh.”
Bit of a Brit bias but for me that was the performance of the night. Even betterring the vialiant PB efforts of my future wifey, Steph Twell. She destroyed them on the second bend and maintained form. Anyone know what's happened to Kalise spencer and Henojva?

Ha ha, great run by Bishop and good to see your obsession continues

Maybe me you, Melissa and Steph can double date after Rio.? You know, just to, ah, console them on missing out
