Happy new year!

I decided to do another turkey dinner this year instead of steak pie.

I haven't as I'm by myself today. Home made soup for lunch, and making a stirfry for tea. Cooked enough all week for family so having a break today !

We had lasagne. We didn't follow the sheep at Xmas either.

I'm not from Scotland but I had steak pie and very nice it was too! (Proper pie, shortcrust top and bottom, not that horrid puff pastry top malarky)

Having the leftover Steak Pie tonight.
Stuck the excess steak & beef links into a Pyrex, leftover veg in & covered with leftover mashed potatoes.
