Windows 10 won't recognise Kindle Or Ipad....help!
Since updating to W10 the Kindle no longer comes up as being a connected device, in fact it doesn't even acknowledge the fact it's plugged in. Same goes for my iPad in iTunes. Usually it would come up straight away but just doesn't appear anymore.
Is this just another issue with the woefully bad Windows 10 or something else? Any input appreciated.... |

This is probably not relevant to you as it seems you never get it to connect, but my Kindle must be full charged to connect to my PC to copy stuff to. If not it connects for a few seconds and then disconnects. Like I said though, not sure if that will help you much. One thing, does the charging light come on when connected? (Presuming the Kindle you have still has a charging light, mine's a few years old now.)
