I've read for some time it's recommended to avoid this so I've checked what I eat a quite a lot has it in. As an example:
Mcvities Jaffa cakes contains glucose fructose syrup.
Mcvities fruit shortcake contains glucose syrup.
Are these the same? Do both contain fructose or do the fruit shortcakes not contain it? I'm assuming as both are Mcvities biscuits that the fruit shortcakes do not.
Can anyone with knowledge of this confirm?
