He does have a lovely personality, and charisma, but I am surprised he hasn't sought surgery. Unlike some of the other disfigurements it looks as if he could have something done. It would surely raise his confidence and self esteem
Perhaps he has and decided not to go ahead with it

Judging by the baby photos he's already had surgery to get to where he is now. Maybe his nose is too weak for further surgery.

Yes, but the disfigurement probably causes his low self esteem.

Yes that really annoyed me. The trailers made it look like she didn't like his impression, but on the real date she was impressed and the date went well.

Agree, I thought Lucas was a nice looking lad, what with that smile and lovely hair - a lot of women would be jealous of that hair! In fact, I think he is cuter than his brother in a lot of ways Not to mention something of a sweetheart.
Mind you I loved them all this week. I hate it when 10pm comes round!
The lad with the disfigured nose (Lucas?) - his date was an absolute sweetheart. She seemed confident, down-to-earth, and naturally beautiful. She's going to have no problems getting men (despite claiming she was shy). She didn't appear to have any disabilities or difficulties - was a bit confused why she'd joined that dating agency at age 17? If I were her parents, I'd tell her to just wait and meet boys normally.
Its odd how one of the people (the first) each week gets a lot more airtime than the other two. HArry potter lad got barely any time at all compared to the other two.
That said, the show is brilliant, I watch it everyweek with a big grin on my fac, just smiling to myself at how wonderful the people on the show generally are
