Amazon Fire TV box – menu sounds

I got an Amazon Fire TV box for Christmas and so far have been quite impressed (although I haven’t actually used it for much yet!)

Anyway, can someone tell me if there’s a way to turn off the menu sounds? I’m talking about the ‘clicking’ sounds every time I press a button on the remote. I’ve checked the Display and Sounds settings but couldn’t find anything. I find them quite annoying and would prefer to have no menu sounds at all (as I’ve done with my Roku box). I’ve managed to turn them off within certain apps (such as YouTube) but not on the Amazon Fire TV menu’s themselves.

Thanks in advance.

Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Navigation Sounds - switch to off.

Thanks, don't know how I missed that, I'll give it a try later.

It's really easy to miss, as next to Audio it will have the Dolby setting and you wouldn't think of pressing that to change notification sound!!
