Exactly this. He has got older, apparently he lost a great deal of weight (I don't watch EE so I don't know what he looked like on that), had a great deal of stress as he cares for his mother with Alzheimers so maybe he felt that he needed a few bits lifted.

The state pays for bugger all, Relatives are left with a huge burden trying to care for people who need proper medical support. It's a disgrace, and getting worse.

He was a very toned gentleman who lived in a vest winter and Summer, six pack etc. If he has lost that much weight he either lashed it on after eastenders or he sized down his muscles and maybe upped his body fat a little. I still think he's had work done, good work though. He was always and still is a very handsome man imo.
I didn't really notice his looks to be honest, I accept I'm in the minority but there's just something about him I can't take to.
I get the feeling underneath all the niceties we saw last night there could be someone not so nice lurking.

Sadly that isn't the case. You have to be virtually destitute to qualify now.

He looks fine to me but we all have to age. It amazes me how some people expect someone to look the same at 45 as they did when they were 30 (if only
). Considering the amount of botox apparent in other HMs I don't understand why people are criticising him.He seems to be a pleasant person which is more important.

I'm the same and I loved him as Christian. Cant put my finger on it but I'm expecting him to change from how he is now.

I've always felt the same. There seems to be something very insincere about him. I hope I'm wrong though.

I don't watch EE so can't really comment, however it's pretty ironic because I remember him, rather bitchily commenting on Lucy Pargeter having botox while on the panel of IACGMOOH Now.
Yes agree re him being insincere but not so sure if he'll change, he's an actor & a massive BB fan so he could keep the act, which I believe it is, going.

I agree with you, certainly comes across as too good to be true. He is on BBBots panel often enough so knows how to play the game and stay in a long time, i.e making alll the nicey nice decisions last night to look like Mr Nice Guy
