i`m having to use this at home at the moment but most of the time it`s "limited" and i can`t get online or can only get on for short periods - very often my connection returns long enough to activate a daiIy pass after which it promptly reverts to limited for a few hours or the entire 24 hours .

i`ve done a little bit of research and have been monitoring the connection closely and understand that the issue is their end not mine.

they give bogus cookie clearing/turn it off and on again instructions which do nothing at all except patronise.

has anyone else got experience of this and the formal complaint route please?
