Ben is not unusual in taking a wife who will be at home whilst he swans off round the world 'working' then when it is his turn to make time for his family and put some effort in suddenly he falls in love with a new woman and leaves them.

I have total sympathy for his wife who has put her life on hold so he can achieve his ambitions and now when she expected to get her time she is finds he 'no longer loves her' and she is left to 'get over it'.

I don't have a problem with Kristina she has made no secret of the fact she wants a child and seems determined to go to whatever lengths to get it.

Personally I would love the wife to write a no holds book of her experience, not because I want to read it, but I would pay so that her and her children could earn enough to gain their independence and never have to rely on child support and maintainence to live on.

I love it when these people all start to weigh in on other's lives without knowing the full story, funny for Jane as her husband also has children from his previous marriage or relationship.

People who are saying Kristina's gone to great lengths to get pregnant? Have you actually watched the video because her wording sounds like it wasn't a planned or at least an expected pregnancy.

It also feels like she wasn't planning on announcing it on the show but she got nominated for asking the others to quiten down so she can sleep and the younger housemates seem quite rowdy so she probably felt she needed to let everyone know so they understood her situation. In fact the way she says it's private and personal I'm wondering if she may have, naively, thought they wouldn't air it.

As for the Loose Women they're all a bit pot calling the kettle black imo.

I think if the BB bosses had known before she went in they wouldn't of allowed her to enter for legal reasons, they have never had a pregnant person before, the tasks they have to do and the fact they can be without food at times or forced to eat certain things.

The potential of a miscarriage or something happening in the house isn't one I think they would be happy about.

I think Jane has more right than most to comment, having interviewed Kristina previously.

Hey there, I totally agree with you on that aspect I'm kind of finding it a bit confusing as to why certain individuals are finding it hard to sympathise for bens ex wife, for crying out loud she's the mother of his children I certainly understand why she may find it a little more difficult to just get over it than a married couple who had no children or even a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship but that's not making any excuses..I have nothing against Kristina but her morals really don't match mine.

One ten minute interview, yes, she has the right to comment badly on a woman having a baby with a man who already has children with someone else, of course her husband did, yet she seems to dismiss that.

Does she think about her husband's ex partner every time she is on tv and mentions her child? I don't think so.

What has an interviewers past got anything to do with an interview? I don't listen to Jonathan Ross and Graham Norton to hear them make life comparisons with their guests? Why on earth would Jane Moore bring her personal life up when conducting an interview?

Because pregnancy and child birth take a while to recover from to be parading round dancing. And newborn babies are pretty demanding.

I'm sure they'll make exceptions for Kristina hell they've made exceptions for people with a cold. Some of them only have to sneeze and they're told they don't have to do a task.

You just said she could comment on Kristina as she has interviewed her.

My point is, how can she say how wrong it is and condemn her, yet she really has the same situation, so you would think someone wouldn't throw stones at another woman who is in the situation now.

Three options
a) He was in a happy marriage but was tempted by a very fit good looking blonde who showed an interest.
b) Was in an unhappy marriage but hadn't the b*lls to leave.
c) Was in an unhappy marriage but stuck around until something better showed up.

Take your pick but IMO all options show him to be an utter scumbag and not worthy of any sympathy.

But surely you don't expect interviewers and interviewee to be sharing mutual life experiences? Journalists commentate, some with more credibility than others especially when there has been a professional relationship in the past?

It's nothing to do with me what Jane Moore can or cannot do but her opinion carries more weight as she been with 'the story' since the start and is not just jumping on the bandwagon at the latest development. If every journalist didn't write a story based on their own morality we would have no journalistic output but as a commentator who has previosly interviewed Kristina she has more right to comment and that has more credibility than others despite what goes on in her personal life as that's not the story in hand.

Unpalatable it may be but journalists are not a measure of morality they report the foibles of others for public consumption.

I don't expect her to share it in the interview with Kristina.
But I do not believe she has any better opinion because Kristina once went on loose women for ten minutes.

Jane was not there at the start of this, only Ben and his wife were there for their marriage breakdown and then Ben and Kristina for when they got together. Jane Moore interviewed her further down the road and also Kristina didn't speak of Ben in that interview.

My thoughts on Jane's own relationships was meaning I am surprised how harsh she is being on Kristina, when her own husband has left behind a broken home before he married her and had their children, you would think someone who has been though it would not be as judgemental on the same matter, but I do find a lot of people are very hypocritical if it means they can be horrible to others.

I'm not even gonna day what I think she is because it may cause a stir. But I feel so sorry for his wife and little girls. They must be distraught by the affair

Jane was the first journalist to speak with Kristina and picked holes in Kristina's justification and her complaints about the press. She has followed the story up today as a result of recent developments......that is journalism. I really don't know what else you would expect her to do? Not commentate because she has had similar issues in her own life? If anything Jane Moore was expected to pass comment today based on her past commentary.

I didn't expect her to be asked back this year pregnancy or not. The programme seems to be moving on at such a pace that many of the older characters seem very pedestrian these days and the new faces brought a lot of excitement this year. I also thought she looked very tired and fed up of the whole thing this year. I think we will continue to see 2/3 new dancers each series for the next couple of seasons. I just wish they would bring Iveta LuckyPooPoo back.
