I totally agree, they have nothing to offer, considering they are all in their twenties I'm surprised how dull and boring they are. Gemma still thinks she is at school and trying to match make with the younger girls and lads and then we have Nancy and Angie who are like the mad Aunties. A lot of strange and odd people this year!

They are already ganging up on the older HM's. Jeremy is doing his best to slag off Nancy, trying to justify his bad decision in the voting, and all the other young ones are going along with it.

I wouldn't expect her to know who Bette Davis was but the young ones (and not just in this series) seem unaware of anything other than what's in their little world of reality tv and social media. They appear to have no basic general knowledge or even awareness of much outside of their little bubble. It's quite depressing that so many youngsters leave school with so little education. I'm not talking about being very academic, just a bit savvy

Agree with every word. My granddaughter is celebrity-obsessed and it's very disheartening when she pours scorn on education, yearning for the 'stardom' she imagines will be hers if only she follows celebrities like a lemming.

The young ones have had no life experience whatsover. They are only interested in makeup, buying and wearing the latest outfits and trying to outdo one another, and being seen the upmarket nightclubs (rollseyes) They live in a fantasy world half the time and have little interest in the real world.

I think they blend into one a bit, which can make it hard to identify with them somewhat. Had it just been Scotty and Stephanie in there, it'd be better. Jeremy offers nothing, and Megan is much of a muchness.

They're all to vain the youngsters. And it makes for a very boring house. I bet the civilian BB will be full of vain youngsters again this year. They bore me to tears. A few older people make the show much more entertaining, especially if the are a bit loopy like Angle.

I'm 27, and am very aware of who Bette Davis is. Not all young people are unaware of people and things from before their time.

I largely agree. I mean look at that Jeremy and the way he came onto one of the girls, It was so blatant and deserate imo and quite pathetic.

Every BB, the young ones hormones are on turbo levels and they just go for anyone who they remotely fancy and then if anything happens in the house then most of them don't last 5 minutes outside the house. One of the biggest examples of that was that Dale and Steph in BB 8 I think it was.

LOL true, but when you have to have a script for something that's supposed to be about your real life, then of course they're going to be boring in CBB, they don't give them a script there, you just get to see their boring, selfish, thick and vacuous sides with no filter.

No facebook, no twitter, no x boxes or playstations nothing to do - get in the pool and have a swim for a change!

Do they give them a script which tells them' this is what to do' and 'this is what to say'?
