Hopkins is a panto villain and the difference is, there is always a question mark over whether she really means what she's saying, or if she's saying it for effect. With Winston, you can tell he genuinely believes his views.

I would too. Her snidey comments were calculated and spiteful. The fact that she said it in a posh accent and pulled stupid faces made it somehow palatable and funny to many on here. She is a poisonous and calculating human being.

Winson is a bigot but ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,he lacks an education and isn't too bright. The public won't forgive that.

They're as bad as each other IMO - Winston and KH - only, as has already been pointed out, KH ingratiated herself with some hms and certain viewers through comedy and flattery. Plus she had Perez as a villain/opponent to prop her up.

Hopkins was also much nastier in general in the house. Winston generally wasn't as bad, at least in terms of not going out of his way to insult another HM as Hopkins constantly did.
