Who cares about Winston's comment

made on the outside world before he entered the house - what's that got to do with anything, whilst a contestant in a game show.

If they thought it was so 'damning', why did BB let him on the show in the first place.

All Emma's interview seems to discuss is how his comment was so 'WRONG' - but what's it got to do with BB? He didn't approach John in the house, and tell him that comment to his face - then yes it would have been seen as a voter-outer reason.

He could have cleared himself up but he obviously still stands by them

I think the fact he firmly stuck by his comment and linked it to Christianity made it 10x worse.

Who cares? I do and so do many other viewers. We care that he expresses such utterly disgraceful, bigoted views and uses them as a platform to stand for election.

Strange how most of the other HM's took the high moral ground.
Most of them are hardly squeaky clean.
Females had more cockends than weekends and the rest plonkies and smack heads.

Funny how the public look up to these people

The only reason the other HMs took the high moral ground, was no doubt the crowds' continual booing off Winston, and it was PC correct to do so.

Winston did say his comment was in relation to the kids having no 'choice' in the matter - which is his opinion made outwith the house. If he wishes to refer to that as child 'abuse', that's his prerogative and choice of words however absolutely nothing at all to do with being on a game show.

It is a game show centred around celebrities with a public vote. What they've said and done in the public eye will always have an effect on the result - it is part and parcel of the show. It's a popularity contest with the voting public and he's hated. Simple.

Really not surprised the Emma Willis boo boys took this opportunity to come out in force again. She is there to produce entertaining controversial television and that's what she did - had Brian "I like it" Dowling still been in the chair I'd probably have fallen asleep by now. Big Brother is not professional regardless of who presents it so don't talk professionalism.

Well for me it all felt like a PC Witch hunt. He was set up from the start. CH5 showing his VT about backs against the wall set the scene.

Lets have a burning to get it all going.

Nobody on that show or BBBOTS will now dare say he shouldnt have gone or defend him in anyway. I don't agree with his views or the things he said but I also dont agree with the way he has been "burned at the stake" so to speak.

I would have rather seen him stay. Maybe his views may have changed or at least a decent debate. Many people his age have those opinions and sweeping them under the carpet doesnt help anyone.

I thought Emma was totally unprofessional as well. Lets hope Rylan does better.

Very true.
I don't think Rylan did much better.
Gladiators in the Colosseum had a better chance of fair play.
This has been a nasty, unprofessional, and unpleasant few hours of T.V.

I've never seen an episode of Big Brother that isn't unpleasant and unprofessional.
