Everyone was just jumping on the bandwagon, ....especially after hearing the crowd booing Winston.
Steph and Megan clearly had more of a problem with Nancy than Winston - but they didn't have the balls to vote for Nancy.
And i really don't believe a lot of those HM's were as outraged by Winstons comments as they made out.
Jeremy was the only one who wasn't a sheep and follow the others. I respect him for that!

Totally agree with the Megan and Stephanie comment ( scared because they knew Nancy would stay and didn't want to deal with the aftermath)

Megan yes but Steph said her best friend was trying to adopt so I can forgive her with that

I don't know how to interpret his vote.

The housemates gave perfectly valid reasons why they wanted to evict Winston.

Jeremy was completely on the fence.

Maybe he genuinely likes Winston?

Yes because 'I want to save a woman' is a perfectly valid reason to evict Winston.

Excuse me? How have you come to this conclusion?

Jeremy was the only one playing the Game ,trying to keep the weakest person in ,in the knowledge that if he was up he'd survive against Winston ,but couldn't be so sure he would against Nancy

Trust Digital Spy to shoot for the middle. No wonder the forum has a well deserved reputation for harbouring the deranged!

Maybe just maybe it is because Winston never made the comments in the house and he wanted a fair trial and Nancy made him feel uneasy as he stated in his originally nomination? But who am I to make assumptions

So you think John should have saved someone who discriminates him over his friend?

why on earth would John save someone who thinks he shouldn't adopt?

He hasn't liked Nancy much from the start and while he didn't agree with Winston's views he was fine with him holding them. So his nomination was consistent. I don't personally like him, but fair dues for choosing honestly.

I'm certainly not a homophobe and i don't agree with Winstons views at all!
But the point i'm making is, i don't believe many of the HM's wanted Nancy to stay.
They were just going by the crowd reaction and knew most of the others would vote Winston.....so they just went along with it, so as not to look bad.
Jeremy chose the person he didn't get along with. Again, i respect him for THAT.
As for Winston, i think he should've stayed in the house and be challenged by the others.
Who knows, maybe someone could've got through to him.

Well he did nominate Nancy so I doubt he could stand there and change to Winston .

He nominated based on what happened in the House. For the most part the remaining Housemates were voting on something which happened outside the House and they wouldn't be aware of otherwise. Purely for that reason I respect his nomination.

Nail on the head. I honestly can't believe some of the posts I've read on here tonight. Respect for Jeremy for defending someone spewing such vile hatred and bigotry? Really!?

Maybe I shouldn't be so surprised when bullies like Helen Wood and Joel Williams managed to accrue solid fan-bases on this forum...

I respect him for having an individual opinion when everybody else was singing from the same hymn sheet.

It's easy to see how in the current climate. People getting het up over something and their reason is compromised. I dread to imagine what it's like on Twitter.
