I still don't like him and I don't agree with his choice, but at least he had the courage of his convictions.

I don't respect anyone on BB.

He'd nommed Nancy.

That is all.

Why would BB want to lose their most controversial housemate so soon? There's no doubt they included him precisely because of his controversial views.

A lot of people seemed to be getting on fine with Winston (witness how they came to his aid when he was upset over being accused of ogling Nancy). The BB sabotaging of him during that fake quiz and then the boos from outside seem to have totally swayed them.

Probably to generate publicity for the show in the first week when ratings are probably the most crucially important. As they need to grab high ratings right from the start and then hold onto them.
If the first week's rating are small to start off with then there are fewer viewers to keep hold of.

Over the last few series of CBB I'm beginning to think that this is their tactic for the first week of every series now.

Yes, they do like to have something controversial to generate publicity from the start, that's true, but they usually protect the controversial HM, often to an outrageous degree.

Completely out of order to call a forum member a homophobe and against the T&C of the forum.

Well done Jeremy.”

You're saying she is far from being a strong woman and then you say she's playing on her supposed vulnerability. I'm confused.

Jeremy proved that he's his own man and won't jump on bandwagons - respect to him.

As a decent looking model type, you'd somewhat expect a bloke like him to join the crowd and help single out a person if it's the popular thing to do (based on the stereotype, purely) but he did the opposite. Even during the task when the statement was first presented, he urged the others to calm down and his exact words were 'let's not start bullying him for his opinions'.

I think the lads alright actually but can't help but wonder if a small part of him does slightly agree with Winston's comments...They certainly didn't offend him, or many of the other younger housemates either, which is kind of odd seeing as the new generation are supposed to be more open minded than the homophobic dinosaurs from the past....why was it 'mostly' the older housemates who were the most offended and vocal? Hmm.
