He is a political activist who has stood in elections without success , right now he is a member the English Democrats and a candidate for Mayor of London in the 2016 mayoral election. He is not a politician .

he set himself up for fall from night 1 before he even walked onto stage , his ego told him no such thing as bad publicity , gain a few vote's , maybe he will gian a few vote's but also gain few bodygaurds ,only has himself to blame ,i actually think he'll be happy that people will recognise him in public regardless of them laughing at the guy
Im sure that a majority of politicians are highly academic but winston is obvs too dim to even realise that there are certain contentious views that you should keep to yourself. And i understand that big brother manipulated the whole thing via that task but even if his dispicable homophobic views hadnt been brought to our attention, he still showed himself to be a pervy letch. If he had any intelligence, surely he would have thought harder about how his actions would be perceived.
