The theme tune from Yes Minister was playing in my head whilst he was waffling! I cracked up at the '15 minutes to ask questions' and 'put your hands up'. Talk about delusions of grandeur!

What an arrogant buffoon Winston is. His position is irredeemable and nothing he could possible add, deserved to be listened to.
Nasty controlling aggressive person.

He threw every trick he knew at it to manipulate them, from saying it could have been any one of them stood there in his position to his miraculous salvation from suicide by his mother. He's so painfully crude and inarticulate and actually believes these motivational speaking and politicians tricks will work.

The HMs reactions were funny though. John face-palming under his floppy hat, Danniella saying, "I'm not laughing" while laughing and Gemma summing the whole thing up, "I can't listen to bullshit."

I forgot, he did say he was also a motivational speaker in his VT, didn't he? Christ, he is soooo bad at it. He is emotionally inarticulate and cannot for the life of him see other peoples' point of view. He is just your typical ignorant, loves the sound of his own voice, crude half-wit, really. Maybe he should work on that before preaching to others. I know some on here are lambasting Rylan and Emma for 'preaching' their point of view over his behaviour, but its nothing to the length he went to for people to listen to him, is it? Dear me.

at last a thread showing that Winston was such a self centred pseudo politician and I do not think Emma and Rylan interviews were bad in fact I thought they were very good - yes they kept pressing the point but as he was evading the answer that is what 'politicians do' especially when they have no answer

Exactly.

I really didn't have a clue what he was on about.

That made me laugh so much. Done with the gusto and gravitas of a White House press conference.
