John is absolutely obsessed with sexuality. It seem to be the only means by which he defines himself. That's sad.

Why is that pathetic?”

Because he's s grown man in his 40s. My wife and I discussed this last night. When we were watching she was like "aww, poor John."

I countered with "are you serious?"

For a grown adult to be mover to tears because someone you don't really know said something some other time which you strongly disagree with is pathetic to the point that it is not believable.

We cabinet conclude then that it was a cynical performance, designed to garner sympathy and elicit being viewed in a particular light.

Pleasing that so many didn't buy it. I have liked John so far as well.

As dense as Winston appears to be it's clear that he understood that - BB were wrong to throw his opinions out there for everyone to leap on. If the conversation had come about in the natural course of things then so be it,

I abhor Winston's opinions on gay adoption - I can't understand what he's getting at or why he would say that. On the other hand - I abhor that Big Brother put him in that position - he isn't bright enough or articulate enough to defend himself and it was a deliberate act to humiliate and ridicule him.”

I agree with you...I do not think that there is hardly anyone who agreed with what Winston said and that BB were totally wrong to humiliate and ridicule him...in fact it has made Channel 5 look desperate.

My problem is that because many of us on here did not agree with the pathetic way that John went into the Diary room and did his Oscar performance...which turned out to be more comedy then anything makes us homophobic.

Cannot a gay person be criticised?

I thought his DR performance was very amusing. Much better than his 'look everyone at how magnanimous I am' performance over Winston's suitcase.

John's always going to be ready for his close up. I'm just going to enjoy the show with him.

Should be good comedy with John in there...

I couldn't believe he thought his performance would be seen as sincere or justified.
I see it as you do.

I'm going to keep on criticising hi, every time he's a big pathetic attention seeking over-actor

There is a difference between child abuse, and a child being abused.

Child abuse can come in all forms, from mental, physical and believe it or not, feeding your kids the wrong food. This is why parents of 'fat' children were under fire and some even called it child abuse.

I don't think for one minute he meant that Gay Parents were going to abuse their children.
