If Winston started touching Megan while she was in bed - like Scotty did, even though she didn't like it - Winston would have had a warning again. Just imagine Toffany trying to get to sleep, then Winston coming over and giving her a fright by touching her and then kissing her even though she may not want it... double standards once again.
