I remember him being trotted out as a (the) black UKIP candidate at the last general election.

I'm originally from Croydon. I used to work at the same place as Winston's dad - the McKenzie boxing brothers were minor celebrities around town in the seventies and eighties - I've long been left but I guess they still have a 'following' in the boxing fraternity.

I don't think winston would have ever been remembered for his boxing career (stopped through eye injury) - his brothers Clinton and Duke had far more success.

I'd seen him on tv before the show but had no idea who Jeremy, Tiffany or the Kardashian parasite were.

I've seen him on the local news, maybe more well known in London.

Not as far as I know.

I remember both his brothers though.

No, I have never heard of him which is not surprising because I am not interested in boxing or UKIP for that matter.

No but then I don't follow boxing and try to avoid politics at all costs.

Unfortunately I knew of him and a few years ago he came knocking on my door canvassing for UKIP. I am sure he was wearing the same suit he wore for his eviction.

The Kardashians were on today and I do not normally watch them - not interested!
but I watched to see if the flat faced guy was present and there was no sign of him, so how close a friend is he?

That sounds like an oxymoron, black candidate and UKIP

Wow, that really is above and beyond the call of duty. I don't know who any of those alleged 'stars' are and wouldn't recognise them if they were in a chip shop queue around the corner.

I've seen him a couple of times on late night election coverage.
For example:

He usually comes across as a bit potty.

Yeah I remember seeing him on newsnight, discussing whether or not the "Ukip Calypso" song was racist or not... This was around that time they had Dapper Laughs on too. Newsnight was a real class act in 2015.

Never heard of him but find him surprisingly inarticulate
