Smallest smartphone - any suggestions ?

I had the full size X10. I got it because it had a big screen - 4.1" or 4.2" I think. Now that would be seen as a very small handset indeed. In fact I couldn't imagine using a phone so small.
typing on the 700, landscape mode keyboard is "just comfortable" ...... I have quite small hands ........

Nokia700 "Worlds smallest smartphone" is Nokia claim, on original release, possibly true at the time, and quoted in several reviews.
Bad advertising on their part if so, it wasn't the smallest.

I'm now quite intigued. What WAS the smallest? Screen size? How easy to type on onscreen keyboard?

I haven't done any indepth research, but the Xperia x10 mini was a 2.5" screen and weighed something like 88 grams.
