I hate to be a traitor to my gender but some woman can't compute other woman who haven't thought about their wedding day or **gasp** don't want to get married. 14. You would have to several diffrent kinds of stupid to do that...so he probably will. If someone is on the run you would simply ask the French police to keep a close eye over Debbie and the kids over the coming months for when he turns up. That's the most intriguing thing about Andy going on the run essentially he has to give up ever seeing his kids again.

Well if Aaron was able to hide out there for two years why not Andy? Plus the kids can get a babysitter they know instead of Debbie dumping the on some random French guy, it seems like a win win to me.

Must admit, I've been wondering whether Andy going on the run could link to Debbie's return in some way - ie he goes out and sees her and tells her what's happened and she comes back to try to help clear his name or some such?

I would actually like that, it'd be much better than Debbie returning and starting up with Ross again. Debbie and Andy have great chemistry and if she helped Andy it would soften her character a bit and maybe lead to a a reunion for Andy and Debbie which I'd be all for.

Aaron went under a false passport, Debbie didn't so she would be very traceable. Like I said eyes will also now be on Debbie Incase Andy shows up. And there is no way someone as selfish as Debbie would also go on the run for Andy sake. His actions were one of the reasons she left, she felt let down by the men in her kids life having murderous tendencies so him showing up having been accused of murder will not entice her to make her and her kids live a life on the run

You make some good points, about the passports and tracking Debbie. But I think Debbie will get over Ross and Andy's murder pact. She has forgiven her parents stuff just as bad.

I think so too, but she wouldn't go on the run for Andy and from a realistic point of view they would be watching Debbie who would be very easy to find......but considering how unrealstic soaps can be and real life logic doesn't apply they probably will go this route.

Kelvin is doing a Twitter q and a on Tuesday on the main Emmerdale account, he may let people know if he intends to return on that

Well maybe like Alleycat suggested, she will come home to help prove Andy's innocence. I doubt she wants to see her baby daddy locked up for something he didn't do.

And I really hope Kelvin isn't gone permanently, I really enjoy his character, plus he's not that bad to look at.

I just thought it might be a conceivable reason for her to come back - or maybe it will link to Cain and Moira splitting and she comes back to see if she can help with that (or hears about Charity and Cain and comes back to split them up!).

Just don't want her to suddenly come back with no believable reason for having done so - all the talk has been about how much she's enjoying it so there has to be some reason to bring her back.
