They should make it more realistic; as Im tucking into boiled bacon whilst watching, ED should show a lorry load of pigs or baa-ing lambs going off up the road to the abbatoir

In the 1940s and 50s there was a street in my town which, within about 3/ 4 of a mile, had a school, the graveyard, the fever hospital and the abattoir

Must have been an uplifting walk to school for the kids eh? To cap it all, the street' s called Sunnyside

LMAO!!! Well he must be ok he was able to post the spoilers. He probably is afraid his head will explode if he has to write about nothing but Robron.

I have to admit I thought the episode was good except for that history rewrite of Jack and Robert. I even was feeling the Robron chemistry.

Oh Mark, it was cringeworthy. Like something copy and pasted from a Twilight novel.

Thank God it's over and we can move on to more interesting characters tonight. Lachlan was the highlight of the episode, threatening Robert and beating up Aaron and nearly throwing him over the cliff edge!

I'm actually furious with myself for spending most of last night and most of this morning discussing Robert's "motivations", trying to rationalise his latest most ludicrous sl, when I know perfectly well this latest "revelation" about his past history was only conceived of by the storyliners a few months ago when they were sat round their tables with their kit kats, a fag packet, a crayon each and an instruction to "come up with summat good for Wobwon for Big Oct Week".

I thought it was good minus the history rewrite. I enjoyed seeing Aaron get back to his bad boy roots, I like that they discussed Robert's sexuality and that nice scene of Aaron in the tub

I agree with you there that changing history is a slippery slope to go down. One Life to Live did it with Victor Lord several times. He was originally a character similar to Lawrence wealthy guy, over protective of his daughter and was murdered by his wife Dorian on screen in the 70's. However in the 80's they said Victor had a secret room in his mansion where he slept with his daughter Viki's then teenage best friend and that he had built a secret underground city where he kept his gold. Then in the 90's they had it turn out that Victor had sexually abused his daughter Viki and that it was one of her alternate personalities that killed him. Then in the '00s they had it turn out that Victor was alive (he would have been at least 100 years old by this time).

Twilight was far better

As I said it the daily, one of my biggest problems is that it felt random. All the other storylines this week are getting to place were they are ready to finish, this seemed like they came up with a story purely for this week.
