7) Pete is almost as Dull as dan
9) Rebecca is great As for Rebecca I think you like her because she is probably going to cause problems for Aaron. |

Pete is a million times better than Dan, he is sexy as hell and unlike Dan is more than just a B list back ground character.
As for Rebecca I think you like her because she is probably going to cause problems for Aaron. |

I feel like it's possible she's already sided with Chrissie and their feud is all part of their masterplan. Maybe.

Very interesting, wondering how the twist will go regarding Chrissie and Rebecca.
Is Andy Sugden returning at any time in the future then? |

Is Andy Sugden returning at any time in the future then? If his motorsport career takes off then he'll stay away - if not then he may well be back. |

I could see that and Chrissie could want revenge on Aaron for destroying her marriage so she could have Rebecca seduce Robert.

Wouldn't make any sense whatsoever, she had an affair behind Chrissie's back for one and chrissie didn't even let her know their dad had been shot. Spoilers indicate the feud will get worse and worse, I don't think Chrissie will be in the showmthisntime next year, Rebecca is pretty much her replacement.

What makes you think Chrissie is leaving? Had you said that during Andy's exit storyline I would've expected it but they've calmed her down again.

It was nothing definitive but if you read Louise Marwood's interview when she signed her contract she gave a strong impression that she would be a year then out
Bringing Rebecca in balances it out a bit I think - there's room for both of them. Must admit, I hoped Rebecca would pitch up with a husband and children to add to the number of people living there. |

I don't even understand the whole Rebecca/Robert situation. What's proving that Rebecca is Lawrence's bio daughter going to do about Andy being framed? Also, why would Rebecca be putting on a show for Robert when it's only her who has anything to lose when it comes to Chrissie, Robert is over her these days.
It's a weird one. |

The sibling rivalry is so overdone I'm hoping there's some sort of twist involved regarding Rebbeca's allegiance. She appears unwilling to shop any of the family in at any rate. |

I think that will be a sad day in Emmerdale. Without Chrissie the whole White clan might as well be written out. I know there's quite a few people wanting that and I might be one of them too with all the in fighting between them but as of right now I think they're a good family unit and I hate losing good characters to the altar of Dingle.

I remember Kelvin saying he would return for a Robron wedding. So possibly for that episode/week (however they do it) then his name is cleared and he goes away again.

I think it will largely depend on how Kelvin gets on outside ED.
If his motorsport career takes off then he'll stay away - if not then he may well be back. |

Lawrence is the only good White character anyway, so it wouldn't bother me if they leave. The Home Farm lot never stick around for long, the house is cursed.
If you mean good as in interesting I think they all have things to offer, especially storyline wise. Now, I know the house is cursed but Declan survived longer than the White's if they're going to start picking them off. Everyone already thinks Lawrence is on borrowed time with his heart problems and if he dies and everything goes to Rebecca after a contest and ends with Chrissie dead it'll be by the numbers and boring. I would welcome a new Home Farm family, but the White's do have potential - especially Chrissie if she loses the money and becomes a regular villager. What I would prefer is for a new farming family unit to come and buy Wylie's and be perhaps a bit of competition for Butler's. |

![]() ![]() On that note I cannot see Rebecca being a replacement for Chrissie even her former self. While I liked Chrissie before the personality transplant and I find Rebecca to be kind of dull and childish. I can't see her being the Lady of the Manor. They need to go ahead and let The HBIC reclaim her throne at Home Farm. None of these chicks can compare to her.

It will be sad, I'm really enjoying the Whites, I think the three are great at portraying their characters. Along with Bernice, Chrissie is another one I love. Unsure about Rebecca yet, I feel she overacts.
But I think the character could be interesting if she's not as predictable as they're making out. |

Charity's time up there has been and gone Mark. She had her chance and she blew it. If she'd have just had that baby, she'd have had it all. Now look at her lumbered with Moses and living in the back of a tiny pub.
![]() I think they are misusing her now, the obsession with Cain and working at the Rovers is not working for me. Charity is better when she is scheming for money and power. I don't see why she couldn't scheme her way back into Home Farm or at least attempt to. |

I agree about the obsession with Cain - she really needs to move on - but I like her working in the pub - puts her front and centre of a lot of scenes and she's great on the one-liners and banter that being in the pub invites.
