I actually like Belle and Lisa. And why doesn't Lisa just move her mom into Dingle Manor? Someone that old shouldn't be living alone.

You can disagree all you want but the fact is gordon was retconned into a paedophile
I remember Aaron when he joined the show. He hated Chas and loved his It's a fact they did it solely to reunite the loathsome pair and win awards Any retcon regarding Gordon was minimal and Aaron was the obvious candidate for a child abuse story. His back story fits very well, better than any other possible candidate character in the show. The fact that Aaron loved Gordon & hated Chas when he joined the show can be explained by Stockholm Syndrome, which is quite common in familial child abuse, and his feeling of having been abandoned by Chas. |

That is an interesting take on the US, I always look at it more as a dictatorship because everything is controlled by money, lobbyists use their influence and money to get laws passed that favor their agenda and get people into office who will push their agenda. The US needs to move away from that and move towards democratic socialism.
![]() I'll overlook your clearly mistaken view of A Certain Character, just for tonight. ![]() ![]() Enough arguing, I agree. |

I think so they are saying Hispanic turnout has hit record levels in some states and is a referendum on Trumps comments about Mexicans and building the wall.
His blatant racism will hopefully be his undoing.![]() Bet you can't guess which way I voted a few months ago, can you?

Hello Glenda. Well, I was trying to leave Scotland out of it! England & Scotland were united only right at the end of the Stuart dynasty, in 1707 under Queen Ann (other than the brief unification under the Commonwealth). My thesis is that the model was the Stuart Monarchy in England, rather than the Stuart Monarchy in Scotland. The model for the constitution of the united England & Scotland was that of England, in any case. No slight to Scotland was intended - as a resident of Wales I'm only too well aware of these sensitivities!
![]() I did think it might be a deliberate ommission, and I must admit my area of historical interest is mediaeval and very early modern - basically up to the woman -hating, witch -hunting curiosity that is James VI Yes, no need to thank us for giving the rest of the island him as King

Now going even more off topic than Stuart monarchs, does anyone have any idea when we're likely to get the results of you know what in the UK?
And most importantly, will they refer to it in EastEnders?

Thank you for the Stuarts Scotland, the English obviously loved them. Not like England voluntarily shared a monarch with the Dutch and then some random German kingdom to get rid of them or anything

What are you wailing about now?" Surly Serf Aaron, between sniffles: "Haven't you heard? They have only gone and elected Trump as the next US President" Snoop Cainy Cain: "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!" |

If you have sexual intercourse with someone who is not competent to give consent, for whatever reason - age, mental capacity, excessively under the influence of drugs or alcohol etc - then you are guilty of rape according to the law.

It was because he was into demonology and witchcraft that Shakespeare introduced the three witches into the play - 'double, double, toil & trouble...' etc; he wanted to please the Boss!

Analysis Of Emmerdale Characters
1) Rebecca - confirmed a Kwynne's current favourite character, made a great speech despite being left for dead by Chriissie, she even timed her comments to end just as the fireworks were about to go off, excellent timing, then provided the recording for the Sugdens. Now Rebecca go for an X Ray 2) Lawrence - terrible parenting supporting Chrissie over his hurt real daughter 3)Chrissie Lovely woman wasn't she- leaving her sister for dead like that. 4) Lachlan dear not very bright putting the evidence in the bonfire, unless the fire melted the glass you maybe in trouble 5) Shut up Doug 6) Victoria is shining star 7)Diane - was spitting angry at not being told about Andy - like she can keep secrets 8) Why did Robert think Rebecca had betrayed them?, she outed her sister and nephew right in front of everyone. Andy hasn't got in touch at all? enjoying himself is he. 9 Jimmy you Dolt why are you waving sparklers right in front of Nicola's face, she was trapped in a fire not so long a go, and your not supposed to do that with sparklers anyway 10) Sensible Zak for keeping Lisa away from Belle, she would only make her worse 11) Shut up Joanie 12) Belle feeling her way back to normality, she is right that she was ill for most of their relationship and they need to get to know each other again. 13) DR NotBailey good idea of his to have a first date. 14) Should feel sorry for Laurel but she makes it so incredibly hard to do so 15) Err Dross you berk sometimes you should learn to keep your moth shut How are the Bartons going to split 7 cows five ways? |

I thought the three ring were quite a good idea, they fit all 3 pretty well. Ross always looks for evil, Pete knows no evil (apart from almost killing Ross) and Finn hasn't done anything, so he got the comedy nappy ring.
