I like Jimmy's bum - much prefer it to David's.
I think the men of Emmerdale need an arse off. Max Branning who is the reigning king of pert arsedom can judge

Mini Synopsis of Ep

Crybaby Aarse proved to be as terrible at being a parent as he is at everything else other than crying
Liv Liked Jaycub
Jaycuuuub likes Gabby
Aaron let it slip that Liv liked Jayycuuubb to Gabby
And Gabby likes Jayycuubb so was madly jealous of Liv and was horrible to her and its all the Crybaby's fault
So now Liv has no friends and its her likely to cry rather than Crybaby himself, as long as someone is crying Crybaby can keep being miserable.
Is this Ashley Dementia storyline really going to last another year because everyone will be past caring by the time it ends
Maybe they are fulling a fast one and Ashley goes much sooner.
Meanwhile Arthur wants to learn the guitar and Sandy to keep Ashley busy plots with Harriet to let him be musical in Sunday School
Predictably Ashley overhears and goes off on one..
Something is killing all the Home Farm Fish (what an exciting storyline
Jimmy got naked again and bernice couldn't run Home Farm properly

Analysis of emmerdale Character in memory of Edna RIP

1) Edna - liked the end of Revelations which should come as a surprise to no one, liked a bit of blood and thunder according to Harriet which is a wild understatement.

Keeping an illness seems entirely in keeping with her character if a little cruel to her reasonably close relative Harriet.

2) Ashley - writing half finished notes in your book is going to cause trouble if you forget them, thought it horrible of him to keep it from Harriet no matter what Lilly or Edna thought

3) Sandy was worried about Ashley Then ANGRY with him for not telling him about Edna, IS it and WONDER HE wasn't told when He raises his voice to GReat HEIGHTS at random times DURING CONVersations and at ODD and Random TIMES

4) Jaycuubbb you selfish brat either Stay or Go but stop doing both at random times. And stop claiming your not a kid when you are acting like a baby, just because your the size of the Giant from Jack and the Beanstalk doesn't mean you can go from Portugal and back on a whim.

5) Tracy was very good with Jaycubb but Emmerdale's rogue evil hairdresser has been at large again, obviously an escapee from Hollyoaks.

6) Laurel shut up Laurel

7) Lawrence seems to be running Home Farm very badly if Robert can fix things in about 2 hours. and stop shouting at Bernice.

8) Andy was happy after seeing his kids.

9) Chrissie wants to do a DNA test which no doubt she will have obtained taken the test sent it to the Lab and got the results back by Thursdays 2nd ep..

10 Looks like Robert is going to form some kind of Business alliance with Charity - world tremble, tremble now.

Analysis Central's review of Current storylines.

1) Edna's death - writers handling Edna death very badly indeed, instead of being about Edna its all about Sandy and Ashley, and why the who cares about her actual relative Harriet attitude the writers have, bah humbug.

2) Lawrence had a very bad day indeed, first he hears about Edna dying, then Robert pulls a double fast one on him and then he has to tell Chriisie he not her real father ( at least I think that's what happened ny recording cut out at that moment.

3) Chrissie time and a place

4) Robert - had a brilliant day first he got £500k out of lawrence then bought Charity out of Home James just mostly to annoy Lawrence, was masterful this episode and he's so much better away from Aarsewipe.

5) Crybaby Aarsewipe - still proving he's awful at everything fails as both brother and surrogate father, hardly a surprise

6) Liking Tracy these days put she has pushed far ahead in the worst hair on TV stakes.

7) How come sandy managed to make Edna's death all about him, sure you were her friend but that gives you no rights.

8) Ashley can function very well when the writers forget about his forgetful storylines

9) Jaycub - what a spoilt brat he is

10) Charity was very happy to do business with both Lawrence and Robert and now she can buy the pub, what's the betting now Diane changes her mind?

Weekly Bulletin of the Malt (Shovel)

The Village was rocked this week by news of the Death of Edna Piece who died after a fairly short battle with Cancer. Despite her fierceness where she reduced many a villager to a quaking wreck she was much loved and a godly woman and barely a church service over many years weren't adorned by her flower arrangements. She will be much missed by the village.

There was a alarm this week as the emmerdale area had it first case of the Zika virus in Hotten General Mary fruitcake of 3 Dendyke 37 was just back from Brazil, Dr Bailey told the Malt that she will recover in time and there will be no spread of the village of the virus.

There is a mystery die off of fish on the home farm estate, it is not known what is causing this problem, sam dingle is in charge of finding the problem.

The wildcat living in the area has struck again, it killed 3 4 month old Baby Llama's belonging to Farmer Brown, Farmer Brown is furious and has sworn to hunt the animal down. As farmer brown is deputy chair of the Hotton and District fox hunt he suggested using the hunts hounds to hunt down the beast. The Malt will keep it readers informed on the matter.

1 - yep, it's a travesty.

2 - poor Lawrence

3 - indeed - considering she was so worried about his heart attack she swanned off to France happily enough and is now causing him a lot of stress

4 - yes - he is much better when not involved with you know who

5 - nope

6 - she and Victoria must share a hairdresser - let's hope that's all they are sharing

7 - this is why she kept it from them - keep her dignity and no fuss and bother. They did at least manage to get that bit right!

8 - yep - see response to 1 above

9 - he is, but I'm liking how he's bringing out the better side in Tracy, so I'll forgive him for now

10 - hope not - I'm actually looking forward to seeing Charity in the pub - and I did like that little speech she had a week or so back about finally having something solid.

Analysis centrals Do's and Don't about living in Emmerdale

1) Don't repeat don't allow Ashley to cook dinner if you want to have that dinner and not burn the house down, you would think the Prize Heffer known as Laurel would have realised that by know

2) Don't ever read people's diary's even if they are dead without that person's permission, it is rude.

3) Do not claim that Edna would forgive such things Prize Heffer because she wouldn't.

4) Do not Bribe people to go away it rarely works.

still at least Ronnie and Lawrence weren't lovers as I had theoried.

5) Do not ban people from trying to find their real fathers.

6) Do not tell the daughter you say isn't you daughter that your other Daughter is your daughter. Not right after telling her anyway.

7) Do not overreact and tell said father you are leaving the village forever

8) Do though if your Pete Barton leave for Aberdeen, as soon as possible.

9) Don't make your young brother choose between his 2 brothers.

10) Don't threaten Pete if your not going to do anything about it.

11) Do help Liv with her Womanly private bits Aaron, your ignorance shows just how shit you really are.

12) Do see your father get sent down because it will probably help.

13) Don't act as couriers for sex offenders pete.

14) Do not under any circumstance burn letters without giving it to the intended person even if it was from Gordon

15) Do not ask for advice from Adam Barton.

16) Don't go and talk to the dead in church people are going to thin you weird

17) Bernice Lawrence is going to do whatever he want, you are just the trophy wife.

I'm not sold on this Aaron/Liv combination. Liv is a " surly surfette" ; to use another poster Hound of Love's parlance...
It's changed the dynamic between Aaron and Robert but that might be a good thing for now I suppose, as you can't have Robert full-on dark psychopath all the time. I did enjoy his high-level manoeuvring over the money and job businesses though

Hound of Love's description is perfect - but I just find all the Liv stuff really dull.

Was nice to see a flash of the Old Bastard Robert, but not finding him very convincing these days. I just wish for once, they would let Lawrence get the upper hand. Poor Larry!

1. Agreed

2. I was hoping they'd find out some juicy secret like Harriet is really Edna's daughter

3, Yeah I don't think Edna was big on forgiveness, like i said before she's an old testament type of girl

4. Just how much money does Lawrence have? He is handing out checks like he's Ed Mcmahon and I'm disappointed Ronnie isn't Lawrence's lover it would have been more interesting.

8. No We need sexy Pete in the village

11. What guy knows a lot about those women issues?

1 - She should have known better!

2 - Indeed

3 - Edna would have forgiven because that's what a Christian would do - but she would have been terribly disappointed

4 - You would have thought he would have realised that by now - he's tried to pay Robert off enough times

5-7 - She'll be sorry if/when he shuffles off this mortal coil

8 - Please take your thug of a brother with you (not Finn, he can stay)

9 - Unless you are sure he will choose you - and if he doesn't then it serves you right

10 - He'll bore you to sleep if you're not careful

11 - Can't imagine him having any clue about any woman's stuff really

12 - Yep - closure and all that

13 - Maybe he can get locked up again for smuggling letters out of prison

14 - It will come back to bite you on the bum - there will be tears again next week

15 - For once, Adam gave sound advice - typical that the one time he speaks sense he's completely ignored

16 - Or just don't go to church full stop

17 - Awww - I like Bernice - Lawrence should listen to her - she also gives good advice

It always amuses me the general DS view that Christians are forgiving and tolerant, they are really not in my experience.

Methodists sometimes
Anglicans maybe
Catholics on rare occasions
Presbyterians absolutely not

BiB : There is no such general view on the largely atheistic DS. They just like looking for reasons to have a dig at self-professed Christians, (eg Ash and Corrie's Sawphie) and being sarcastic about it.

In regard to 11 Crybaby is acting as Liv Father technically, he doesn't seem to have worked out that Liv is a girl and has girls needs, I know she has the voicebox of a man but still.
