This sorts a lot out, all very smooth now. News app works very well. All I need now is a bit of Three 4G (yeah right - I'm such a dreamer)!

Is VOLTE calling automatic now on 9.3 or do you have to set it up?

Voice and data setting now only has 3 settings, 4G, 3G, 2G.

Arrgghhhhh..... no Nightshift mode on iPad 3rd Gen!!
Grrrrrrr..
lol

What a pity, Devon, it's works so well on the iPad too

Picking up my iPhone after having used the night shift mode on the iPad for the last hour the iPhone display looks so blue...

No wonder you are awake half the night every night.

I'm just installing it onto my 6s (on EE) will check what it shows, having an o2 sim in the 5s is probably why it's only a 2G/3G/4G option. Though I'm surprised it has a 2G only option again...

Yeah, final menu is the same. It's just the two menus before that are different.

Yes, I should have thought having a 2 tin cans and piece of string network like o2 or Voda wouldn't show anything as advanced as VoLTE settings. My mistake .

Hi

Yeah that's what I've got I didn't realise Three and EE both had the same Carrier Version Number 23.5.1.

Sorry, not sure what you mean?
Since WiFi calling arrived, yes, within 5 seconds of connecting to WiFi that is what you see.
(a couple of the pics don't have it as I'd connected to the 4G router to upload the pics and it takes a bit longer to connect to the 4G WiFi for some bizarre reason. About 15 seconds.)

Normally indoors when on WiFi I see just this...

Occasionally in my office it picks up cellular as well. WiFi overrides cellular for voice though.

It's always said EE WifiCall, with restarts to Voda, I don't know, I'm not mad enough to have a Vodafone contract, nor is anyone I interact with...

Moonshine, mmmm, been a while since I've had that , actually haven't had anything tonight (had work to do) but still got a bottle of JD, a bottle of Smirnoff, a bottle Laphroaig and a bottle of sherry downstairs from Xmas .

Well, Mr Vodadrone saw it was called WifiCalling so he followed the exact definition, it isn't called WifiCalling&Texting is it? You can't expect them to think outside the box, can you? It is Vodafone, after all

Oh God, JD I like, a lot but Laphroaig?? Amazing antiseptic taste* (which sounds bizarre) It's just the best ever isn't it.....
I might come up there now........

*Before anyone freaks out, it really does have an antiseptic flavour.
I know, weird, but taste it first.........

"Palate: Seaweed-led, with a hint of vanilla ice cream and more than a whiff of notes from the First Aid box (TCP, plasters etc). The oak is big, and muscles its way into the fore as you hold this whisky over your tongue. An upsurge of spices develop – cardamom/black pepper/chilli."
