Unfortunately it well-known that "lovable eejits" always do well on BB. Brianiac wasn't nearly as daft as he made out on BB8 but he played the stupid card for all it was worth and ended up winning.

Be interesting if she is up for an eviction as I do think she will see off quiet a few of them.

The TOWIE Essex circle will be supporting her , the Geordie shore circle and crowd will support her as well

In reverse of normal bb I do think getting involved with Scott might not actually harm her chances which goes against normal bb rules

My wife is Polish, only been here 10 years and she knew what it meant and could even spell them.

Why are so many young British women so thick”

There are many things which you may deem obvious, which is not obvious to the next person. There are certainly things which she knows which you will not be aware of.

With regards to the finishing question, please do not umbrella people in this manner. It would be silly for me to ask why Polish women marry rude men.

Revise yourself.

I was sat shaking my head, but as its been said they are all the same, from these shows I cannot see what people see in this Scotty T

Less of the sexism please.

I did sigh and roll my eyes when she asked what 'pandemonium' and 'incarceration' meant. As I did when a male Towie person who appeared on CBB a few years ago failed to point out the USA on a map.

Megan looks like Rosie Hunting Whiteley........
if someone smashed her pan in and her mum drank the full 9 months she was pregnant.

Incarceration is being confined/locked up. I didn't know exactly what pandemonium meant though.

it's where they put all the grumpy pandas .
What name??

Tiffany is equally a vacuous reality tv perennial but she seemed to know what the words meant. I just think that in the UK there's more of the idea that dumb is attractive or cute but it's less acceptable in many other countries where being smart is more prestigious.

Well tbf, she doesn't need an education to be in Portugal...SHAGGIN'

Honestly. I cannot read her name without hearing that ridiculous speech

Could she not ask quietly to the person next to her, later perhaps, what a word means, instead of shouting out and advertising the fact she doesn't know it.
Why point out your lack of knowledge to everyone, that too is indicative of a certain degree of naivity and lack of acumen.

Not wanting to get political (small p) but the twenty somethings of today who went to state school were educated through a "National Curriculum" . Introduced in 1988 it prescribed the content and pace of the curriculum for all 6 to 14 yr olds. What was to be taught and when in the child's education program. The knowledge base of the youth of today is the direct result of that "broad and balanced curriculum". Introduced by the Conservatives and fiddled with continually since by all parties.
See what you get when you replace the professionals input with politicians.
We are doing the same with the NHS.
Though not completely an excuse the knowledge base of the youth was not their decision.

I think that's a bit disingenuous to young people and teachers of today. There's no evidence to say that young people are getting dumber. There are plenty of bright and articulate 20 somethings in this country. If you go into a&e you're most likely to be seen by a doctor in their 20's. The dumb ones happen to be on trashy reality tv shows because they have nothing else going for them. So we see them more often. The clever ones are there, they're just less noticeable because they aren't falling over themselves to be a Z- list celebrity.

Also didn't know what 'monogamy' meant. Not surprising though, her genre of young females generally wouldn't be familiar with the definition let alone the practice.

Being thick is sadly seen as an endearing quality these days, so people like to advertise it, and sometimes even fake it

I agree, the vast majority of youth are well educated, bright and ambitious - but the TV powers that be think it's smart to show and rejoice in dumb kids. Do they not realise that they are presenting a role model to other dumb young viewers.

Look Mum, I don't need to work hard at school because so and so has done well, is famous and earns a lot. All I need from you is a boob and face job.

Come on producers, show more smart kids and rejoice in their achievements!

Given that her ambition is in music perhaps she should look around at some of the successful artists. A fair few are university educated.

Absolutely
Young girls in particular seem to think that acting dumb is somehow attractive
They've yet to realise that once they've got past the shag it's nice to be able to have a conversation

Thankfully my daughter is not one of these girls
