Marinade for pork chops ?

I feel like pork chops, but they can be so bland.
Does anyone have a good marinade to improve them ?

I often mix up hosin sauce with some soy. You can then add stuff like chilli bean sauce or sauchen pepper. Oyster sauce should work too, though I've not tried it myself.
Another one I do (though its more just a coating than marinade) is honey with whole grain mustard.
Of course there are now dozens of chilli based marinades in the supermarkets - I quite often use the nandos ones.

Nigella lawson has a great recipe for jerk chicken, it works really well as a pork marinade.

I much prefer dry rubs to marinades, you get a lot more flavour.

Asda do an excellent Moroccan Seasoning which is great on pork chops and also very good on chicken or lamb when cut into large cubes for kebabs. It's spicy but not blow your head off hot and at £1.19 for a pot will last for ages.

I always use this one, good for pork belly strips or loin chops

Looks like a long list of ingredients, but you probably have them all in your cupboard already. I usually skip the spring onions, but I don't miss them.

I quite like a combination of ginger, soy sauce and chilli. Maybe even a bit of lemongrass if you have it.
