can i say that i really cant judge if she lied it or no as i KNOW that some of the footage have been taken out. look at the video on youtube and how a tissue has randomly appeared in her hand. it doesn't show her taking a tissue from anywhere it just randomly appeared...

In her head Tiffany heard Angie say David Guest she'd been told all that information at once.
The way Angie told her was very confusing she wasn't clear and the lines she was using but it wasn't her fault she wasn't thinking straight after hearing sad news.
If Angie had said something like "David died last night.." she probably would've figured it wasn't David Guest as she'd had seen him that morning.
The whole house misunderstood which David none of their minds thought she was talking about Bowie at any point even Jonathan said "Her husband isn't dead"

No she said she meant Bowie.

What's missing here is rationality.

Angie was only thinking of her ex husband.

Tiffany KNEW by then that she had made a mistake, and THEN insisted that Angie had said David Guest.

She had NO REASON, once she knew the truth, to believe that Angie had said that - why would she? Especially when it was her ex husband who had actually died.

This doesn't cross Tiffany's mind, she just insists that Angie lied to her, for no reason, in fact against all sense and understanding. She won't let it go and she won't THINK about it - no concession whatsoever.

That's the mark of someone irrational and aggressive. And if she is prepared to do that and THEN to get aggressive to Angie in order to back up her obviously false conception, then she's quite capable of actually lying as well, so justify her ghastly carrying on.

In real life, people like this are actually quite frightening - to promulgate what is obviously not the TRUTH, whether mistaken or not, in order to serve herself, without thinking, and without thinking about how others feel, and without any respect for the truth means that they are pretty horrible to be around.

After all, if she THINKS you said something, then, as far as she's concerned, you SAID it, however unlikely it is and however much you protest you didn't and she thinks she has the right to be aggressive and vile to you about it.

Well said. If she stepped back and thought about it for a second she would have realised that 1) David Bowie is dead 2) this makes it impossible that Angie would have said David Gest 3) Even though I though that's what I heard I'm wrong.

Actually I think she did realise all this as anyone with half a brain cell would come to that realisation but she STILL kept up the pretence that Angie said Gest. And for what? So she could be seen to be 'right'? Really honestly disgraceful behaviour, you cannot defend that.

How do we know that Angie did not say it and BB edited it out. WE don't it as simple as that and why did BB not call Tiffany immediately to the D.R. when the mix up started perhaps because they were aware that Drama would start.

Yea she did lie. She did not say David Gest at all in any part of the conversation. She is just a born liar. Hopefully she will be sick of them not speaking to her soon and go back home, and thank god if she does

Anyway you saw what happened. Tiffany repeated and asked "David?" and assumed Gest, Angie was think only of Bowie so replied "yes". They were at crossed purpose and that was an honest mistake

But later, to justify her horrible attack at Angie, Tiffany lied.

But firstly why would they edit out Angie saying 'David Gest' if she did indeed say it. That would be dynamite and they'd be sure not to leave it on the editing room floor. And secondly, what possible reason would Angie have to say David Gest? It would be a bizarre thing to do to say the least.

Tiffany is a scumbag who wouldnt back down,even when she was 100% wrong

I actually wonder if she really did ask 'David Guest?' and in her grief, Angie heard 'David's Dead?'. Two things we can say for sure.

1. The footage IS edited.
2. Tiffany genuinely believed she had been told David Guest was dead. Her immediate reaction was hysteria and when she realised he was not dead, it became anger. Both of these are completely natural reactions.

And one more thing - the apology she offered Angie appeared sincere - as did the initial concern which saw Angie explaining that 'David is dead'

I haven't even been watching this series, my 'observations' have nothing to do with any of the characters on this years show. Watched the entire episode and really, I think the only one who comes out of that whole incident badly is the bloke from Eastenders. Horrendous bullying for what he knows was an unfortunate misunderstanding

From the footage I saw, she either lied or she convinced herself that Angie had said Gest. I didn't hear Tiffany saying Gest when talking to Angie the first time.

Edit: Just to add that I didn't hear Angie saying Gest either when they were talking.
