Angie had just had news that floored her..her relationship may be history but it was still a shock and would bring back a strange mix of feelings..she said in the diary room I can't face the press..she almost made the decision to remain in the house to avoid the hounding she knew she would receive..David guest had gone to bed,John in the shower..she needed to talk about it..Tiffany was just there at that time..unfortunately.
David to angie is David Bowie..I don't think angle thought past that..Tiffany freaked,think of people's reactions when Michael Jackson died..angie probably thought tiffanys reaction was just an ott reaction to David bowies death..then tiffany was off shouting the odds before angle could stop her.

She was married to David Bowie.. She will always refer to him as David and not David Bowie as he was a part of her life years ago they had a child together! When she heard the news she would of not of been thinking straight also. She will of assumed Tiffany knew who she meant. Also Tiffany may have reacted like that being a big fan of David Bowie, that's probably what Angoe assumed. Angie will of been with her manger/in the diary room for hours so she probably won't have known David gest was in bed. If David gest was outside or in the living room then Tiffany would of instantly known she meant Bowie not gest.

That sums it up exactly. I didn't like the way the other housemates ganged up on Tiffany afterwards, the only one to stand out was Jeremy, he seems to stand by his own opinions as he also did with Winston. I like the fact that he doesn't make a big thing of it, just states his opinion and leaves it there.

I agree the ganging up wasn't great..but even when Tiffany knew the truth she called angie dreadful names which I found very disrespectful..a simple angie I'm so sorry I got the wrong end of the stick would have been a better reaction..

Let's not forget she had just learnt of her ex husbands death, which to be fair came as a shock to most, let alone a woman who shared his life and gave birth to his son at one point in her life. I don't think she did that on purpose at all. It was complete mayhem. Tiffany is just desperate for air time and since Jonathan told her she was boring, she is pulling out all the stops to get herself seen. That aside, the way Tiffany acted when she learnt that it was I fact David Bowie who had died, was absolutely disgusting in my opinion. She shouted aggressively and laughed. An dreadful misunderstanding which in my opinion, Tiffany capitalised on. #EvictTiffany ... Good job she is immune this week is all I can say! 🙄

Yeah course she did it on purpose, don't we all know what we have been doing when told someone we knew, had connections with etc has died, no we aren't in shock, we aren't in disbelief etc, as we all conduct ourselves normally when we are told such sad news!

It's easy for us on the outside who know what happened to sit and analyse it, but Angie wasn't thinking straight and Tiffany got a shock, then thought it had been a sick joke, in her hysteria of the moment she thought Angie had said David Gest.

Then the house gangs up and blames her for the misunderstanding and she goes into defence mode.

Because of Angie's extreme narcissism she wanted to use this as a tool to get attention (which is what she craves). She is too self serving not to cash in on it.

David and John were not giving her enough, they were going on as normal, so she wanted to tell Angie to create drama and get more attention back to her, knowing she would tell the whole house too.

Tiffany couldn't see anything in her eyes, she commented on ribbons, why would Angie tell someone she doesn't even get on with? Attention and drama alone, it's what she has lived off since they divorced anyway.

However I do not think she foresaw Tiffany confusing the two, however it got her more then she expected, so thrilled her no end. That was unplanned.

There was no tears from the woman, nothing, she made the noise, but no tears, so much so she even covered herself over because of the lack of real emotion.

It is amazing that some think Angie should know Tiffany had got it so wrong. Even when Tiffany ran to the garden Angie was clearly unaware and just thought she was about to announce her ex-husband's death.

I do not agree that she did it knowing Tiffany would confuse the two.

However, lets not forget this, she is a woman devoid of real human emotion. She may have birthed his son, two weeks later she ran off to Italy with Dana Gillespie. It's not like she has real sentimental attachment to either her son or David. Lets not put emotion or feeling onto a woman when it is lacking.

It is a common mistake that people with normal emotion do with sociopaths/narcassists, we presume they would feel how we do at things like this, when infact they are still thinking of themselves and how it can benefit them.

I think we can forgive Angie for that as she was sure to be in shock at the time and her mind was probably all over the place. The only David in her mind was her ex husband who she had JUST learned had passed away.

If Tiffany had just apologised, nobody would have been angry with her. But she aggressively lunged at Angie and called her names after she was told the true situation.

Angie had received shocking news and her head was all over the place. Tiffany asked her what was wrong. Her mind must have been addled with the information, so she answered honestly. There was no "confiding". Angie has been intrinsically linked to David Bowie for over 40 years - there is absolutely no way she would have time to plan some kind of manipulation of Tiffany. And it's nonsense to suggest so.

Tiffany acted like an idiotic, attention seeking maniac, who didn't have the intelligence to think before she started screaming and creating a scene.

NO NO Angie as she had said she wanted in the diary room, didnt keep her big mouth shut and why..... attention seeking.. she could have left if she was so upset...
