"She's had enough air time today".
Miao!!!!!!!!!
Are some of them just jealous that Tiffany found herself inadvertantly in the middle of the most talked about CBB event in years? |

That statement was very telling from Johnny there. We all now know what's on his mind.

No, today wasnt about a tv show, and that was evident to everybody, apart from Tiffany who still made it all about herself
I doubt the name David Bowie means anything to Tiffany. Nor to many people. It's sad that he died, of course, but this over the top outpouring of grief is ridiculous, especially when you make people feel like they need to be grieving somebody they've never heard of. |

Also, the big party they had for him at Brixton was laughable... 'OUR BRIXTON BOY. ' Do me a favour; he lived there til he was about 5, and then left for KENT and never looked back. But because he was born there and lived there til he was 5, they think they own him. |

It has become the trend now to 'outpour' grief and be seen to do so. Of course it is sad for him and his loved ones, but the candle and flower brigade turn out and inject themselves into it. I am surprised the councillors haven't been dispatched.

I agree. I thought Bowie was good, but the amount of people now claiming to be fans of his, is hilarious! And the fact that his new album has shot to number one, and a bunch of old albums are in the top 20 is pathetic IMO.

You have to remember Bowie has been around for years and fans come and go, I myself have been a fan for 43 years and he and his music has been part of my life and it will continue to be, and as for his new album It was on course to become number 1 as it already had made 25000 more sales more than it's nearest rival before his death, and as for his other albums re-entering the charts it is just the same as when Michael Jackson died, and it will happen when Paul McCartney and Mick Jagger die, It's just what happens. |

I also thought that comment said a lot more about John than anything else. That guy has his eyes on the prize.

John seems to have a spiteful nature
He managed to keep it under wraps for the first week, but it's coming out now as he starts sashaying round the house like Greta Garbo |

I doubt it. It's David Bowie, not some obscure 70s act. I'm not much over 30 and he feels almost as known to me as The Beatles or Elvis.

yes, it said he's a man who is disgusted by people who make other people's tragedy all about themselves.
Good on you John .................and Amen to that. Not that anyone is even vaguely interested I'm offski for the rest of today as I am genuinely upset by those who dismiss David's death as 'no big deal', find reactions 'laughable' and support Tiffany's disgusting behaviour. This is no place for me today.

Regardless of whether Tiffany did or didn't know of him though I can see why she would have got the wrong end of the stick and been horror struck. But I can also see why Angie, caught up in the moment and the shock of it all, just assumed Tiffany would know what David she was referring to. I think the whole nightmare scenario was based on misunderstandings that were not deliberately made by either of them. Despite the subject matter being very sad though I admit I found the ridiculousness of it all, especially everyone checking on David Gest under the duvet, hugely funny. |
