Angie didn't mislead Tiffany on purpose, Tiffany didn't misunderstand on purpose. I don't 'blame' either for the misunderstanding. I don't think either of them wanted it to happen, it's just one of those things in life that inevitably happens every now and then, nobody is at fault.
Interesting that your choosing to focus on that and haven't even tried to justify Tiffanys' reaction after she knew a mistake had been made. Now that really is indefensible.
