If I were one of the housemates in this years cbb I would like to ask Angie just why David Bowie hated her so much? Whilst married David Bowie had numerous lovers and in the end they split up and Angie left her son Duncan with his dad and did not try and get her son back. So why would David hate her so much? I have always been a big fan of David Bowie and of Angie's as well and read so much about them during the early seventies and beyond but I don't have an answer to this question.

I've always assumed that while they both "advertised" as bi-sexual and in an open marriage, that the truth was it was coming mostly from his side, and her tales of how "Angie" was probably written that time she caught David alone at home sucking on Mick was just her trying to put a humorous spin on something that likely bothered her a lot. She likely wasn't that okay with his wandering mouth/penis and her not being er... open to him being that "free" probably created a lot of joint acrimony eventually.

The thing is though that back then and probably still money counts, with getting the right lawyers , witnesses etc.. and would be easy for him to have kept the son....but Bowie himself claims she had a walnut for a heart, or words to that effect...They were both drug takers, and lead a different lifestyle from the norm.... to me one was as bad as the other, however I feel Ziggy etc etc lived a Walter Mitty exhistence in public but wanted left alone in private especially in his later years.. Again though she never mentioned the son they had together, or Ive missed it and you would think anyone with a heart would have said Oh my poor son, hes lost his dad he loved...or words like that.. but nothing, was all her and silly black bows.. was that her in mourning.... IM confused and not taking sides, just trying work out what kind of couple they really were or did they even know themselves back in the day..
