It's way too much like a dependent (Jay) and Aliona doing all the work. She'd be doing the choreography, training him, and doing the shows. He'd be getting a pretty much free ride apart from putting in the practice hours. Totally lopsided proposal and a professional dancer would be foolish to go on tour with an amateur when she could easily do so with another professional and earn the same.
