When it is directly in front of someones face and they refuse to acknowledge it there is likely to be some reason. Subscribing it to Innocence or ignorance is actually giving them the benefit of the doubt. So if the person is neither, then why else would they not want to recognise racism in action?

Thankfully the majority of us live and let live and don't over-analyse every conversation and situation we have on a daily basis on the off-chance that something could possibly be deemed as racist to someone - strange as it may seem, the majority of us do not intentionally set out to hurt people or cause offence and can quite easily manage to do this whoever we meet.
As Ducky pointed out, of course we notice a difference in people in that some are black, some are white, some have brown hair, some have blonde hair, etc. but it doesn't mean you treat them any differently.
The bias seems to be coming more from you by inferring that everyone is racist rather than anyone else on this forum.
