Why not just "Gemma is a hypocrite". The fact she is a hypocrite is a discussion point and is something she is doing wrong. It has nothing to do with her size, so why bring it up?

I'm sorry, I know she's carrying quite a few extra pounds, but she's not hurting anybody with it, she's not having a negative effect on other people. This is why I never get into debates on this god damn forum.
