They couldn't nominate the same person someone else had chosen but they could nominate each other, which i don't think they understood as I'm sure Angie would have been nominated.
Again another twist to favour those the housemates nominated - going against what big brother was to begin with - be liked by the housemates or be nominated, be liked by the public or be evicted.
