And he gets paid for this! Living in luxury.

Well we got a glimpse of it when Megan got sent there didn't we? Doesn't exactly look like the executive suite!! ...still I know where I'd rather be if I was in there!

Well that's certainly one way to describe illness.

It's hardly the Ritz. I wouldn't call one tiny bed and two bedside tables luxury.

He has had the most dreadful cough that was harrowing to listen to. Does he smoke?? Hope not

Hope he gets well soon

A single bed and a few silver framed mirrors, I'm envious .

Is he in Latoya's suite at the Dorchester?

It's a shame really

After his stint in the jungle I had high expectations ... someone with enough wit to outshine the gormless reality TV 'stars' despite their camera-hogging antics

He is clearly feeling poorly though, and barely seems present

He's faded in the same way that Janice did, in a decade they've both become so much 'lesser'.

He seems like he's got the flu he was coughing a lot on yesterdays livefeed.

Oh come on, the poor lamb.

He is a man of certain years with his fellow peers dropping like flies.

Now I LOVE David Guest, but just think, he is feeling unwell, advised by BB to take to his bed & then all of the other HM go & check on him to see if he is dead or not.

There are some nasty bugs out there because of our mild winter & I think giving David or any of the more mature HM time to just sleep it off is just humane.

I also feel that because he is under the weather & with the younger personalities, we are missing so much from him in the highlights, but I still have hope.

Let's just hope that he doesn't actually die, because there's no way that the housemates would believe it, even with it coming from BB.

Dramarama!

David's still got it; he is simply unwell.

I thought Janice was also unwell in her stay at the house, plus this is a complete different show to IAC and yes a decade has passed so obviously things can change.

Good grief man, they'd have to show him in his coffin.

That would be the funniest death since Tommy Cooper.

(Andy Kaufman died a month after Tommy Cooper, but I think people could see the unfunny side of that by then.)

Oh goodness yes, a classic cry wolf ending to the whole dark farce.

I'm going to sleep in my spare-room tonight. Show some solidarity.

Dr DD here......

I am wondering if he has shingles on his face. There is scarring on the left below his eye.
Its a big if, I know, but that could account for him being pretty unwell.

Just a though.

I don't think he is well enough to be in the house.....

my guess - he didn't like sharing the bedroom/ being kept awake so re-negotiated his contract so he gets his own room

I wouldn't want to be in that room with those spoilt brats.

I was disappointed to see David smoking a cigarette really quickly when he had been coughing so badly previously.
