This is the only thing I want for him. I doubt he's going to win now, but just to spite Gemma, I want to see her go before him. He can make V signs (either way around) as she does.

I've met John about 25 times, so many I've lost count, at stage doors and also for much longer after shows. First of all, based on the man I've met, he is definitely being himself. He is generous, wears his heart on his sleeve, is emotional, open, funny, kind, positive and has a fantastic sense of humour.

I think he's behaved with great class & restraint in the face of wailing hysterical girls. I think it's a great shame that CBB is now only like a TOWIE show, and has gone to the lowest common denominator. John would have had so many interesting things to talk about, if the editing was better.

So what if he is a natural leader, and is tidy? He hasn't prevented anyone from doing anything, he is forthright, honest, and I wish we could see more of his fun-loving side, like we have in the lip sync battle & the gunge task!

If he is bothered, all that would make him is a normal human being, and if he isn't that much, then it's hardly surprising considering why he's in there, to raise money for his Mum's care. Those who sneer, hang your heads, hope it never happens in your family.

He is the most mature of all the housemates, and I think he's been brilliant. 😊

I think you missed my point - many of us are doing exactly that for our family members, without a hope of such generous earnings for just 1 month's work! You might call it sneering - I call it a desperate attempt to win by attracting the sympathy vote. But if that's all he's got going for him, I suppose he has to stoop to low tactics.

That shady close-up from BB at the end to show there were no tears

No Oscars for that performance! Last ditch attempt to rally his fan club.

If you have someone in your family with Alzheimers, then that is awful. Usually though, people have sympathy with others, no matter how they choose to deal with it. And John has made not one mention of it in the house. Therefore, I conclude your description of this being 'low tactics' says a lot about you, and ziltch about him.

I feel happy I've said my bit for him, what little I could do. He'll always be a winner to me. 😊 I look forward to seeing him on stage being awesome, away from this, showing off his amazing talent.
