Why are some of the pros beyond crticism on here, where as others are fair game?

What are your other favourite pro dances? Going to look up a couple more of Flavia and Vincent's

I've watched their shows on dvd but have never seen them live, I bet they're amazing
They're on tour until July so have loads of venues still to visit. If they're anywhere close by I would definitely recommend you go. They're mesmerising to watch dance live and their shows are more than just dance routines strung together, They have a proper story (which is very emotional) so very different from any of the other SCD shows.

Thank you, Blackpool would be the nearest to us but too far for a week night with kids in school and family do that weekend unfortunately! I've loved their shows I've watched on tape, they really do create something special when they dance together

Not a pro dance, but still series 5 and one of the best Strictly group dances ever

(As a side note, just how beautiful is Alesha?)

Just brilliant and I reckon me and Mr Ochre could actually manage to recreate some of those moves

Alesha is stunning, I supported her and Matt from day one. Fantastic series.

Great dance, not seen that before. Alesha was beautiful and just lovely. She and Matt Cutler were one of my favourite couples.

Thank you. So classy and elegant - I'd love to see a dance like that on Strictly again. Just one isn't asking too much is it?

I feel exactly the same, elegant ballroom dances like this are why I originally fell in love with the show.

I was disappointed with the pro dances in Blackpool last series. The Tower Ballroom is made for a Viennese Waltz and here the choreography (does anyone know who choreographed it?), the music, the ladies gowns, men in tails and just the chandeliers as props were perfect.

Would love to particularly see Joanne and Natalie (if they're definitely back next series) do something like this again.

Those fun pro/celeb group dances are definitely missed, Dirty Dancing was that year I think as well. I guess its lack of time to do it, particularly with many celebs still doing their Day Jobs as well as Strictly. The two dance stage only starting in the semi's when they started much earlier in the "classic" days, again due to lack of training time.

You've danced with Vincent?! I bet the classes were a fantastic experience

Matthew's classes are the other end of the country from me unfortunately!
they were, fortunately I didn't tread on his feet .... and he called me "bella"

I saw the show last Tuesday and it was fantastic, I wish I could have seen it again as so much is missed the first time around, I have a DVD of the Midnight Tango show so, hopefully, they'll bring out a DVD of The Last Tango

thank you, I love watching Vincent and Flavia dance

Alesha

I can mash-potato, And I can do the twist, Now tell me baby, Do you like it like this, Tell Me, Do you love me, Now that I can dance . . .

Love that soundtrack, had it on cassette when I was in my teens Need to watch the film again now.

That is just gorgeous and we have seen nothing like that in recent series that I can remember. I wish they would at least include some of these ballroom numbers that don't include themes.

I wouldn't say it was much earlier. It's almost always started at final 5. Now this means one week of double dancing, in Series 1 to 5 and 7 it meant two weeks of it, and in Series 6 it meant three weeks of it.

Did you notice a few of our posts have been deleted. The LOL moment. Ask them to take a good look and they press the button. Their post is still there. I really don't get these people who can dish out, can't take it.
Oh yes, so they have. No, it puzzles me I must admit but hey ho, it would be boring if we all thought the same.
