![]() Beautiful sunny afternoon. Hope you're enjoying some of this lovely weather. I'd be really upset if you were not. ![]() Anyway, I'll have a cream tea (Cornish style) out in the Pub Garden ... hurry up ... don't keep me waiting to long.

morning all!!! day off and morrisons beckons
then an errand or two for mum sore back and knee again today but a friend of mine has recommended acupuncture so I' might look into that..over the counter stuff doesn't seem to be hitting the spothope all my pubber mates are hale and hearty!!

thanks scots, yes I'm definitely going to give acupuncture a go, I'm fed up of being reliant on painkillers, plus I don't think they're a great option long term. I would sooner try more natural remedies

No pain!! There is no medication in it, it works differently.....have a try! Although it says for Arthritis, my problem wasn't that. Tis good stuff

It doesn't work instantly and takes a few weeks to notice the effect, but I put it on every day now No pain!! There is no medication in it, it works differently.....have a try! This is a small, local garden centre in the back of beyond not a big fancy one on a main road ![]() *inspects bun cautiously* |
