Hi there SR.

Beautiful sunny afternoon. Hope you're enjoying some of this lovely weather. I'd be really upset if you were not.

Anyway, I'll have a cream tea (Cornish style) out in the Pub Garden ... hurry up ... don't keep me waiting to long.

Evening all peeps. Still hot here in rural Kentish parts but now overcast with a few spots of rain.

Glass of pear cider please whoever is serving!

Same here. More rain forecast for tomorrow. Did you enjoy your DS reunion?

*Clunks* *clatter* Enjoy but pay up first. And there's a £2.50p service charge to add on for my getting it for you.

I'm sure you are not on the staff of the pub Eddy, so I will get something from the venders instead.

I did indeed meet my old pal and a former DS poster on these boards, had a lovely lunch out and a good few hours of gossip mongering

No need to be upset on my behalf........I was sitting in the garden all afternoon whilst YOU were at WORK!

This isn't the Ye Olde Teashop.

thanks scots, yes I'm definitely going to give acupuncture a go, I'm fed up of being reliant on painkillers, plus I don't think they're a great option long term. I would sooner try more natural remedies

Have you tried Flexiseq kate? It cured the sore foot/ankle joint I had suffered for four years. I can walk better now than I have since about 2010! It doesn't work instantly and takes a few weeks to notice the effect, but I put it on every day now No pain!! There is no medication in it, it works differently.....have a try! Although it says for Arthritis, my problem wasn't that. Tis good stuff

It was 27C in my pal's car on Sunday Ridiculous temps. Still very balmy here despite the lack of sun. Just been to the garden centre where it's 20% off on Tuesdays for OAPs. I thought, dare nothing achieve nothing, asked how old you had to be to qualify and the bloke let me have 20% off for the cheek of asking I'll get it anyway in another six years

Pot of tea please and a currant bun!

I'm surprised the inside hadn't started to melt with that temperature!

HAH! He probably thought you were in yer 70's & was just being nice to an old person.
I love garden centres, tho' they're generally really expensive!

Chinny has taken some unasked for, time off (which he will be in serious trouble for on his return), he has a lot of grovelling to do!
Joe is, as you know, on holidee, unless of course yer mind is going & you've forgotten!

He thought I was about 15 years younger than I am But I got two full packs of bedding plants and a large lupin in a pot for £7. This is a small, local garden centre in the back of beyond not a big fancy one on a main road

*inspects bun cautiously*
