Thanks CW ![]() Wow, I didn't even know that existed, never heard of it before! I looked in Wiki and can see what it's made of, and that fried slices of it go with the full Scottish. Intriguing! There really isn't anything like that at all in England. |

![]() Had a lovely day yesterday, the food was absolutely delicious & even tho' the portions were (& looked small), they were so so filling! ![]() I was a wee bit worried it would be a wasted on me, it wasn't! The service was second to none, & the presentation of the food was a work of art. I would certainly recommend it if you're ever given the opportunity to try it (I would say go for it). It was a whole different experience. From the sommelier, to the waiting staff, to the waiter on the cheese board, even to the loos which had a sink & lovely hand wash & hand cream in each cubicle! ![]() I totally eat my words, it was posh but not pretentious.
