Evening CW, Spag bol it is

you'll hear him on LBC on Sunday from wot I've read on the thread ! ( Sorted )
Ah yes! Just seen the news! Farage is hosting the 10am-12pm show next week! A must-listen for me. I had already expressed my wishes on the thread for Farage to host a show on LBC again and it looks like my wish has been granted!

couldn`t sleep....BB is utter rubbish, and totally scripted. Best thing about it is the forum, there aint half some wits on there
I agree, when BB is boring it can really liven it up. The negativity is irritating though- positive comments on any housemate are rare, and there certainly is a mob mentality on there.

Evening Chief Wiggum, nice to see you. Can't say I share your opinion of Mr F but we're all different
Nice to see you too, and best wishes to all in the pub. Yes, I accept that certainly many people don't like Farage! But thanks for being open-minded about it, it's refreshing to see.

Ah well, there's no use bashing another person's hero just because you hold a different view is there. Although I guess in GD that doesn't often happen

Wow, I didn't even know that existed, never heard of it before! I looked in Wiki and can see what it's made of, and that fried slices of it go with the full Scottish. Intriguing! There really isn't anything like that at all in England.

*opens pub* Morning all

Had a lovely day yesterday, the food was absolutely delicious & even tho' the portions were (& looked small), they were so so filling!
I was a wee bit worried it would be a wasted on me, it wasn't! The service was second to none, & the presentation of the food was a work of art. I would certainly recommend it if you're ever given the opportunity to try it (I would say go for it). It was a whole different experience. From the sommelier, to the waiting staff, to the waiter on the cheese board, even to the loos which had a sink & lovely hand wash & hand cream in each cubicle!

I totally eat my words, it was posh but not pretentious.

Morning twass, yes it was a lovely day. Yes I'm so glad I took your advice.......the jogging bottoms & trainers were a far better choice.

*clunk clatter clatter* I much prefer clootie dumpling.

Ta muchly SR. What on earth is clootie dumpling? Is that a breakfast ingredient as well? I am amazed all you Scots aren't the size of Ben Nevis with all that fried stuff!

Really pleased to hear that you had a great time.

I trust that you picked up a few tips yesterday and are about to implement some desperately needed changes to this place.
