Ta muchly SR. What on earth is clootie dumpling? Is that a breakfast ingredient as well? I am amazed all you Scots aren't the size of Ben Nevis with all that fried stuff!
You don't know what a clootie dumpling is! You've never lived! HERE I've cooked many a clootie dumpling, everyone has their own variation of which ingredients go in it. I add grated carrots & breadcrumbs. Others use treacle. But it's always cooked in a muslin cloth (which I still have), tied with string & steamed in a large pot for several hours, then sprinkled with sugar on top & 'dried' in the oven on a very low heat for an hour or so. It's absolutely delicious & can be fried, used as a cake with tea, or just eaten hot or cold, as & when you feel the urge!
Glad it turned out better than anticipated......good

Given upon BB ....blooming rubbish...tedious

Tea and toast to go please
Ta😁😁😁😁
I'm enjoying it hoots, & think if it had had a live feed it would be up there with some of the classics. I didn't like the past 2 nights episodes. I thought the constant slurping noises & tonsil tennis was far too much! I also found the selfishness of some of the HM's revealing (Emma especially)!
Good evening.

Really pleased to hear that you had a great time.

I trust that you picked up a few tips yesterday and are about to implement some desperately needed changes to this place.
Thank you.
Och I couldn't afford to implement changes like that without putting my prices up. Then I would lose all you lovely punters as you couldn't afford to frequent the place.
I'll just leave it as it is, so I suggest you keep yer beak out!
Signed!

I also want Blair to stand trial for was crimes, he can't bleat on & suggest the whole thing was all Americas fault!

Large pot of tea please and a bowl of cornflakes and moo! That clootie dumpling looks fair delicious, but what a palaver to make one

Morning twass, I did of course mean to type war crimes, & not was crimes!
*clunk clatter splosh* Och once the mix is in the cloth, it is left on the hob to it's own devices, as long as you make sure the pot doesn't run dry of water.
I made one & took it down to Englandshire one time. Weighted a ton!

Cor, I love a bread pudding. My mum used to make a lovely moist one. I never have any leftover bread these days!

However the clootie dumpling looks lush. A little bit like a Chrimbo pud!

I've never tasted one.
It looks a wee bit like one but the taste is totally different. If you didn't live so far away you could have visited me & I'd have made one for you to try.

What flavour is it - seaweed & spinach?

Afternoon all, should be revitalised soon, just had my B12 today.

Don't be so stooooopid, of course I've tasted a Christmas pudding! I was talking about a bloody dried up burnt bread pudding! Jeez! .....ROLLEYES

Well you'd need to let me have plenty of notice, it isn't something I can make in minutes! *clunk clatter*

Emma has been removed from the BB house.........for breaking out through the fire escape door. Quite convenient for the producers as they're having to have a cull with the HM's with only 3 weeks left to go!
They've never ejected anyone who has done that before, so I'm highly suspicious of their reason! ROLLEYES
